Platform modules
G-Flex starts with medical benefits and panel claims. The modules below extend it to the rest of the back office. Each one is optional and switched on per organisation, so you use only what you need.
How the modules work
Every module is optional. G-Flex switches a module on for an organisation when it is needed. A module that is switched off stays visible but locked and read-only, and nothing is deleted. Payroll needs the HR module.

Clinic management
For a clinic that wants its own operations on the same platform as its panel claims, starting with billing and point of sale. Further clinic features are switched on per clinic and are in early access: ask us what is live for your clinic today. Optional, and switched on per clinic.
HR and attendance
Employee records and their life cycle, leave, and attendance for clinic and corporate staff. This module is in early access. Ask us what is available for your organisation.
Rostering
Shifts and roster periods for clinic teams, alongside attendance and leave. Early access.
Payroll
Payroll runs for organisations that also use the HR module. Early access: ask us about the current status before you rely on it for your own payroll.
Accounting
A double-entry ledger with a chart of accounts and journals. Entries are posted by the system. Ask us which accounting screens (for example bank reconciliation, supplier bills and receivables) are available for your organisation today.
LHDN e-invoicing and SST
G-Flex submits the fee invoices it issues to corporate clients and merchants to LHDN's MyInvois system through LHDN's API. It supports consolidated invoice runs, shows SST on the invoice lines, and tracks each document's LHDN status.
LHDN does not approve or certify software, and e-invoicing responsibility stays with your own company. G-Flex helps you send the documents it creates.
