How G-Flex charges
What the employer pays, what clinics pay, and what G-Flex keeps.
Two fees
G-Flex earns from two fees: one charged to the employer and one charged to the clinic. These are G-Flex's two sources of income.
What the employer pays
The employer pays three things: the actual claims as they happen, a platform admin fee to G-Flex, and optional stop-loss premiums for catastrophic protection. This page does not state an amount. A demo includes an estimate based on your own numbers.
What the clinic pays
Each claim carries a system fee. Your administrator sets it for your clinic: it is either nothing, a fixed amount per claim, or a percentage of the claim. The fee is deducted when your settlement is calculated.
What G-Flex keeps
G-Flex keeps the two fees above.
